Justin Borroel | Co-Founder + Director of Operations
As Co-Founder and Director of Operations, Justin ensures Stella & Sloan runs seamlessly behind the scenes. With a strong background in business operations, finance, and team management, he oversees the systems that support the studio’s growth and creative freedom.
While Amy leads the design vision, Justin provides the steady foundation that allows it to thrive—from managing daily operations to optimizing internal processes and financial planning. His leadership ensures every detail behind the brand operates as thoughtfully as the designs themselves.
